COHAonline Physicians 
Each of COHA’s seven physicians were
trained at nationally recognized programs of Internal Medicine,
followed by subspecialty training in both Medical Oncology (cancer)
and Hematology (blood diseases).
A physician is available 24 hours-a-day for emergencies by calling
our office number.

| Dr Arrowsmith
is from Washington, D.C and graduated from Williams College. He graduated
from medical school and trained in Internal Medicine,
Oncology, and Hematology at Vanderbilt University. While at Vanderbilt,
he was a Chief Resident in Internal Medicine and also obtained a
Masters Degree in Public Health. |

Prior to joining COHA
in 2000, Dr. Arrowsmith was a faculty member at the School of
Medicine at Vanderbilt. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and
the American Society of Hematology, and is Board Certified in Medical
Oncology and Hematology. |

Dr. Brooke Daniel is from
Chattanooga and graduated from Colgate University and the
University of Tennessee School of Medicine. She trained in
Internal Medicine and Palliative Care at the Medical College of
Virginia. She specialized in Medical Oncology and Hematology at
Duke University Medical Center. |

Dr. Daniel joined COHA in 2005. She is board certified in
Medical Oncology and is currently a member of the
American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society
of Hematology. |

Dr. Davey Daniel is from Rentz,
Georgia. He graduated from the University of Georgia and the
Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He trained in Internal
Medicine, Medical Oncology and Hematology at Duke University
Medical Center.

| Dr. Johnson
is from western Kentucky and graduated from
Murray State University and the University of Louisville School
of Medicine. He completed a residency in Internal
Medicine at Baylor University in Houston, TX and later specialized
in Hematology and Oncology at Vanderbilt University. |

Dr. Johnson joined COHA in 1995. He is board certified in Medical
Oncology and Hematology and is member of the American Society of
Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology.

| Dr. Jones is the founding partner of
Chattanooga Oncology and Hematology Associates, and he has participated
in the development of modern hematology and oncology in the
Chattanooga area for over thirty years.
He attended Emory University as both an undergraduate and
medical student. |

Dr. Jones completed a residency in Internal Medicine at both Emory and the University of
Washington in Seattle, and trained in Hematology and Oncology at
Emory.
Dr. Jones is board certified in Medical Oncology
and is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the
American Society of Hematology.

| Dr. Stipanov grew
up in western Florida and attended Florida
State University.
He received his medical degree from the University of Florida before
completing his residency and fellowship in Hematology and Oncology
at Vanderbilt University in Nashville. |

Dr. Stipanov moved to Chattanooga and joined COHA in 1999. He is
board certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology, and is a member
of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society
of Hematology.

| Dr. Holland is a
native of the Panhandle region of Florida. He attended and
graduated from Rice University before moving to the medical
school at Washington University in St. Louis. After
training in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas
Southwestern, he completed fellowship training in Hematology and
Oncology at Vanderbilt University. |

Dr. Holland joined COHA
in 2007. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology
and The American Society of Hematology. He is board certified in
Internal Medicine and board eligible in Medical Oncology and
Hematology.
